How long does shipping take for vinyl and equipment?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on customs processing in your country.
What is your return policy for open-box gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. However, specialized DJ equipment must be returned in its original packaging with all seals intact to qualify for a full refund.
Do you offer digital download codes with vinyl purchases?
Many of our new vinyl releases include a digital download card inside the sleeve. Please check the specific product description to confirm if a code is included.
Are your pre-owned records professionally cleaned?
Yes, every pre-owned record undergoes a deep ultrasonic cleaning process and is graded according to Goldmine standards before being listed for sale.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer financing options through Klarna and Affirm for higher-priced DJ hardware.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund anytime before the official release date. Once the item has entered the shipping process, our standard return policy applies.
