At Disc Jockey Music, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't hit the right note, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the equipment, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
